How Shadepick handles your data. Your photos and face analysis never leave your device.

2. The most important part: your face never leaves your device
The photos you upload, your camera image, your face points (landmarks), the colours of your skin, hair and eyes and your colour analysis result are processed exclusively in your browser. We don't receive them, store them or share them with anyone. No third-party provider receives images or data about your face.
If you choose, your colour season is stored only in your browser (local storage) to highlight shades that suit you. You can delete it at any time with the "Delete my colour data" button. It's never sent to our analytics either.
The images and videos you create for social media are also generated on your device and never uploaded to our servers.

Click data never includes information about your face or colouring.
4. Providers
- Web hosting: Vercel Inc., with a global content delivery network. It serves static files and outbound links; it never receives your photos.
- Advertising: Google Ireland Ltd. (AdSense), only with your consent or, if you refuse, in non-personalised mode as permitted by the consent platform.
- Analytics: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
Some providers (such as Google or Vercel) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Affiliate links
When you tap a shopping button you go through one of our outbound links (/out/...) that redirects you to the store. That link includes an affiliate identifier and a reference to the page and button type, with no personal data. From then on, the store's privacy policy applies.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing tigertek.commerce@gmail.com. You can change your cookie choice using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
7. Minors
The try-on is intended for adults. Don't upload photos of minors, or of other people without their permission.
